Stephanie Pratt was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence early this morning in Hollywood.
Law Enforcement tells us Pratt, who appears frequently on MTV’s “The Hills,” was busted this morning at 3:45 AM PT in Hollywood.She was taken into custody. Her bail is set at $5,000. Pratt is still in custody. She’s just been booked.
It sucks to be her but. Why would you get in your car and drive after a party with cops sitting outside? Why are her hips so wide?, it’s freaking me out, maybe she is a man tun, tun, tun!

Last time we left The Gosselins he had taken all the money, she was crying foul and no one knew what the next thing would be. Then court ordered Jon (Asian dude) to return the money. The latest is that Asian dude (Jon Gosselin) got sued by TLC for breach of contract (LA Times)
TLC has filed a breach-of-contract suit against Jon Gosselin, the co-star of its smash reality show “Jon & Kate Plus 8.”
The suit, which was filed this morning in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Md., where TLC parent Discovery Communications is based, is the latest in an escalating battle between Gosselin and the cable network. Gosselin is also in the midst of a bitter split from his wife, Kate Gosselin. The suit charges that Jon Gosselin violated his contract by taking paying gigs from other television shows without permission including the CBS-syndicated shows “Entertainment Tonight” and “The Insider” while still under exclusive contract.
The suit, which was filed on behalf of TLC by the powerful Washington law firm Williams & Connolly, says he has also harmed the show with his constant criticisms and, according to the suit, misstatements about being on the show and what goes on behind the scenes and revealing confidential information such as when he talked about his salary on CNN’s “Larry King Live.” The suit seeks to force Gosselin to abide by his contract and return the money he has made for appearing elsewhere.

For the ones that don’t know Lindsa Lohan was arrested for DUI in July 2007, she was given probation (keep in mind that this was the second time that she was arrested fo the same offense). Part of it was for her to complete perosnal and group alcohol classes. Well she didn’t and so a judge made her go into court today and once again she was given a slap on the wrist (TMZ)
A judge today decided to extend Lindsay’s probation another year so she can finish her alcohol education classes. Her lawyer, the effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, told the judge Lindsay has been extremely busy and has only been able to complete about half her classes.
Specifically, Lindsay has completed 15 of 26 individual alcohol classes and 13 of 26 group alcohol classes and 13 of 28 self-help sessions. She completed all six education classes.
Lindsay’s lawyer says her client is doing a movie in Texas.
The prosecutor said if the court has to jump through hoops again to accommodate Lindsay, jail is the only answer. All sides will be back in court for another progress hearing on December 15.
So there you have it Lindsay gets away again but don’t fret she will be there again, it’s a shame that this girl fuck herself up so bad. That is why I’m posting hot Lindsay pictures only. I want to feel like I used to feel when I stared at those boobs. Come on and stare with me
