Ileana temple in Tamilnadu

Tamil fans always stood in front, when it comes to worshiping heroines. The ardent fans have created history by building temples to worship their favourite actresses. Already there were temples built in honour of Khushboo, Simran, Nayantara and Namitha. The latest to join this list is Ileana. Some people have formed a fan club for Ileana in Tamilnadu. Ileana has acted in just one Tamil film Kedi. Kedi proved to be a disaster at the box office. But, after seing her on big screens some people tempted to built a temple in her name. Ileana's busy schedule in Tollywood has forced her not to take up the best offers in Tamil like the Rajinikanth starrer Sultan: The Warrior and Vijay's Pokiri. Ileana recently accepted a role opposite Vikram. Tamil audiences were hoping that Ileana does more film in future.

Rambha getting married soon

‘Arya 2′ gets U/A certificate

Allu Arjun’s next film Arya 2 release date has been confirmed and all set for release on November 27th worldwide.This most anticipated film got censored on Monday and Censor Board cleared the film. It awarded the movie U/A certificate. Arya 2 is a feel good love story. Kajal Agarwal is paired opposite Arjun and film is being produced under Aditya Arts banner. Music is by Devi Sri Prasad.

Big stars make their votes count

Though the overall voter turnout for the GHMC polls on Monday was poor, Tollywood stars turned up in large numbers to cast their votes. The PR chief, Mr K. Chiranjeevi, who came with his son Ram Charan Tej and other family members, cast his vote at the Obullreddy school in Jubilee Hills. Film-maker Allu Aravind, his son Allu Arjun, actors Pavan Kalyan, Krishna, Srihari, Nagarjuna, Amala, Balakrishna and his wife,director Rajamouli, music director M.M. Keeravani cast their votes at the BSNL office polling booth in Jubilee Hills. Film-makers D. Ramanaidu, Kodi Ramakrishna, M.S. Reddy, actors Venkatesh, Babu Mohan, producer Suresh Babu, his actor son Rana, veteran director K. Raghavendar Rao, music composer Vandemataram Srinivas, lyricists Paruchuri brothers and other actors cast their vote in the Filmnagar Cultural Club. Tennis star Sania Mirza too cast her vote along with her parents at the Filmnagar Cultural Club. Meanwhile, actor Junior NTR cast his vote at St. Ann’s College in Mehdipatnam. “Elected representatives change the way we live. It is imperative for everyone to vote” said actor Nagarjuna after casting his vote. Interestingly, Mr Chiranjeevi said people are perhaps frustrated with the politicians and that is why have not turned up to vote. Of the 904 votes at BSNL office polling booth in Jubilee Hills, about 270 votes were from people belonging to the film industry. Of the 2,105 votes cast at Filmnagar Cultural Club, about 595 were from Tollywood personalities.(DC)

Prabhas has entered the industry with Raghavendra and had good films. But recent past his films are not getting that much hits. After ’Chatrapathi’, Prabhas haven’t got a big sucess. Although he had changed his route from Mass to Commercial, he couldn’t get it. Now he is making different. He is going to make a movie with Santhosham fame Dasarad and this film is produced by Dil Raju. Saara Jain, Tapasi are being introduced to the film industry. Presently, he is making a movie ’Darling’ with Karunakaran. Lets hope he will get a sucess.

Jr NTR in Remake Ramudu-Bheemudu?

he famous producer, Dr Ramanaidu said on an interview to a TV channel that he would remake NTR’s ’Ramudu-Bheemudu’. He told that he had asked Jr NTR and got a positive response from the Young Tiger. He also said that he is on plans to remake Dr. Akkineni Nageswar Rao’s ’Prem Nagar’. The news is that RamaNaidu’s first film is ’Ramudu-Bheemudu’ and his first biggest hit is ’Prem Nagar’. Sources said that the script work is going on and finalised soon. Lets hope we can see NTR’s ’Ramudu-Bheemudu’ again.

Ram Charan launched the People's magazine latest issue at Landmark Bookstore, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The December issue features Ram Charan on the cover page. Ram Charan was the first telugu actor to feature on this prestigious magazine. "It's good feeling to feature on the cover page of People's south special. People's magazine never sports gossips and speculative news. It always carried genuine news," said Ram Charan. Ram Charan said that his upcoming film Orange is a romantic entertainer.

Allu Arjun Arya 2 got censored

The much-awaited film of Allu Arjun starrer Arya 2 got censored on Monday and the film has obtained a U/A certificate. Though there was a controversy regarding the popular 'Ringa Ringa ...' song over using obscene content as lyrics, the censor board cleared it. The runtime of the film is said to be 2 hours 35 minutes. The audio of the film which got released recently has got tremendous response. 'Ringa Ringa ....' has begun to rule the roost and it has raced to the top in the chartbusters. Arya 2 is all set to hit screens on November 27th worldwide. Kajal is the female lead of the film. Sukumar, who directed the original is directing this movie too. Navadeep and Shraddha Das are doing supporting roles in this film. Music of the film is by Devi Sri Prasad. V Aditya Babu and Bhogavalli Prasad are combinely producing the film on Aditya Arts banner.

What’s Superstar’s birthday plan?

Rajinikanthss birthday is a very special day for his fans. Though Superstar usually plans to spend his birthday quietly, his admirers plan festivities in India and abroad. What’s brewing between Vikam-Rajamouli?

While Chiyaan Vikram was busy in Ladak shooting for his upcoming venture with Selvaraghavan, Tollywood director Rajamouli had met him. We hear that this meeting was to discuss on a new project.

Sources close to Selvaraghavans circuit said that the Rajamouli was in Ladak to narrate the script of the bilingual project. The project is likely to take off by the month of July next year.

Rajamouli was in Ladak for 2 days and had spent time with Vikram as per his invite. So, its a sure news that Vikarm is acting in a Telugu film by 2010. Moreover, we hear that Vikarm will be acting in Siddiques direction after he finishes his work with Vikram K Kumar.

Let bygones be bygones. Although its been a while now since we saw 2 or 3 Vikram movies a year, we have at last got some news. At this rate we all can expect 3 films in a year for Chiyaan.

Nag Chaitanyas film for Sankranthi

It is official that Nag Chaitanya's second film will be releasing for Sankranthi (January 2010). As is already known, the film marks the coming together of Telugu makers with a brilliant Tamil director. Produced by Manjula and Sanjay Swaroop and presented by Superstar Krishna, the film was tentatively titled Natho Raa but looks like it is not final.

On the occasion of Chaitanya's birthday on the 23rd of November, the producers released some stills to the media. It is a prestigious project not only for Manjula, who is producing a film after Pokiri, but also for the young star who needs to live up to the expectations of the audience.

It seems that it is a sensitive love story. In the words of its director Gautam Menon, this one is a beautiful love story. He also predicts that Nag will emerge as a bigger star in the coming days.

If you are a music lover, this one is to be watched out for. Because AR Rehman is scoring the tunes and the makers claim they have come out extraordinarily well.
